Privacy policy
What JupiterJoy collects when you browse or send a request, how it is used, and how long it is kept.
Effective September 27, 2026. This website is operated by Joyce Bertagna, a licensed Florida real estate agent with RE/MAX Ocean Properties, 14050 US Hwy 1, Suite C, Juno Beach, FL 33408.
What we collect
You can browse listings and guides without an account, and browsing does not create an inquiry. When you submit the contact, valuation, or tour form, we collect what you enter (name, email, phone, message, and for valuations the property address and details), the property you asked about, any preferred tour date and time, and when you submitted it. To limit abuse, the site briefly uses your IP address to block repeated submissions; it is not saved with your inquiry.
How we use it
We use it only to respond to your request. Your inquiry is stored on the website’s private server and emailed to Joyce through our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your personal information. If you share a phone number, Joyce may call or text you about your request. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
The public site uses no advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or session recording. After you submit a form, your browser may keep a random confirmation code in session storage until you close the tab; your form details are never stored there. Sign-in cookies are used only by site administrators.
Keeping and deleting information
Website inquiries are scheduled for automatic deletion after a set retention period; routine maintenance can occasionally delay this. Backups are kept for a limited period, so a deleted inquiry may remain in a backup for that long. The copy in Joyce’s inbox and at Resend follows those services’ own retention settings. To ask for deletion sooner, contact Joyce.
Listings and outside links
Listing data and photos come from licensed MLS sources and follow their display and removal rules. Maps, virtual tours, and guide links open other websites with their own privacy policies.
Children and changes
This site is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
